About Judith
Judith is a Casting & Series Producer who's spent 15+ years finding real people and bringing their stories to screen across BBC, Channel 4, RTE and C4.
She specialises in casting with a welfare-first approach, believing that great television starts with genuine care for contributors. She's an RTS Award winner for The 2 Johnnies Late Night Lock In (Series 2, RTE/Green Inc) and There's No Place Like Tyrone (Series 2, BBC NI/Stellify Media).
With a wealth of experience in series producing and development, Judith has a brilliant nose for stories and loves bringing them to screen. She's equally comfortable working independently as a consultant, leading teams, or collaborating across production - a self-starter who thrives in any environment.
Judith is committed to ethical casting and robust duty of care. She's a graduate of the ScreenSkills Series Producer Programme and is currently part of the Women in TV Northern Ireland mentoring cohort, 2026. .
Based in Belfast and working across the UK and Ireland, Judith is building her career toward a Casting Executive role with welfare specialisation - combining her expertise in finding compelling contributors with comprehensive, welfare-centred production practices.
