Our Signature Workshop

Title: Making it Natural Not Weird

An open, supportive and interactive session that takes the fear of getting it wrong away. Disability education that’s creative, reflective, relevant and tangible in taking simple and effective actions to make your workplace more inclusive and accessible.

We cover:

  • Mindset, bias and perception

  • The social model of disability

  • Identity and pride

  • The breadth and diversity of disability

  • Language and interaction best practice guidelines

  • Authentic representation

  • Q&A and takeaway toolkit

Format & Time: Virtual or in person, 2hrs

We also deliver workshops on how to creative accessible production sets, facilitating accessibility and encouraging disclosure in the workplace, and the upcoming disability pay gap mandate and actions plans.

Bespoke Events

We regularly support our clients in hosting bespoke events that showcase, platform and include Disabled talent. Most recently we collaborated with the APA to deliver an event called ‘The Stories in the Room - Platforming Disabled Voices’ at the Groucho Club in London. It featured six storytellers, an expert industry panel on representation and the barriers to progress, as well as a performance from MIRI.
