Ella is the Founder & CEO of the innovative mental health app Kibou - designed to support people and their loved ones through the everyday. Ella founded the business on her own lived experience, and it’s her personal mission to give hope to the millions that are impacted by mental ill health in their everyday lives.
She is passionate about making mental ill health a less isolating, more talked about experience that doesn’t have to be tackled alone or in silence. Ella is committed to ensuring that people’s experiences are heard, understood and supported properly, and strongly believes that this can be achieved through honest communication and genuine connection.
Her personal attachment to the subject, paired with her age and relatability, makes her a truly engaging, inspiring and empowering speaker.
Ella is able to speak and give sessions on: Navigating mental ill health, awareness and support in the workplace and beyond, as well as Neurodiversity awareness, within business, and effective communication and support for mental ill health between friends, family, sports teams and teams of colleagues.
