Kelly Gordon, Co Founder & CEO
Kelly is a Disabled entrepreneur that’s had to advocate for herself from as early as her school days. She has spent a lot of her career fighting to prove that Disabled people can work and thrive within big industries, leading by example by making her way to the top of the, typically male dominated, football industry before starting With Not For. Kelly has been paving the way for others by showing businesses how to adapt old and create new ways to include Disabled people demonstrating that with a few small changes, work can be accessible to everyone.

Emma Gardner, Co Founder & COO
Emma’s experience lies in successfully opening up and evolving existing workplaces to include disability within their business values and culture. With a background in creative operations, and a passion for promoting equity for all, she is also a Co-Founder of Born Equal Consults, an inclusion consultancy business, providing training to advance workplaces to impact cultural change. Her Disabled daughter, Dotty has been the catalyst for a lot of her work in recent years, guiding her in pushing for a better and more inclusive future for everyone.

Sarah James, Consultant
Sarah is an accredited business and executive coach supporting CEO'S and MD's to build inclusive businesses and grow conscious leaders. Having spent over 15 years running a niche recruitment business in the creative space, Sarah set up her coaching business to consult businesses on creating a healthy and empowering, people first environment to build high performing teams. Her autistic nephew Max is a huge driver in educating herself around inclusivity and uncovering opportunities for Disabled and Neurodivergent talent within some of the best businesses in the world.

Joy Addo, Business & Community Manager
As a women with a visual impairment Joy started her career working with various charities that support the blind community. In the past Joy has worked as a disability awareness trainer, working to educate companies around the country to support them in being more accessible to people with disabilities. Alongside Joys role at With Not For, she currently works as the digital communications assistant at a disabled led charity. Joy enjoys running her own podcast, modelling, while also juggling her working life and being a loving parent.

Martyn Sibley, Non Executive Director
Martyn works at the intersection of business, technology and leadership to drive change for a fully inclusive world. He is a published author, an international speaker, media spokesperson, and published blogger, vlogger and podcaster. He Co-Founded Disability Horizons, the first Disability magazine to utilise online content, and Accomable which disrupted the accessible accommodation industry, acquired by Airbnb in 2017. Most recently he started award winning agency Purple Goat, working with multinational companies and the best Disabled content creators, giving representation to Disabled people in advertising.
