Research Groups

A great way to start being Disability inclusive is to commission your own insight and research groups with intersectional Disabled and non-Disabled people to inform decision making and progress with your strategy.

Run by Disabled & Neurodivergent Facilitators Kelly Gordon, Co-Founder of With Not For and Deborah Campbell, Co-Founder of Born Equal Consults, we have worked with everyone from students, universities and brands running sessions on everything from designing adaptive underwear to running inclusive interactive marketing events.

Our research groups offer an easy, valuable and human-centric way to engage Disabled people in your work, which may be Disability focussed or not. Spoiler alert - Disabled people have opinions and ideas about more than Disability. Topics include the following and more:

  • Insight & input on brand concepts & messaging

  • Product design

  • Identifying gaps, opportunities or problem solving

  • Trends, tools & hacks

  • Finding talent & inclusive hiring

  • Societal & political discussion
