About rachael
Rachael Mole is a pioneering business consultant specialising in accessible and inclusive work culture.
Based in the UK, she has lived with multiple invisible disabilities since age 12, using her personal experiences to drive her mission.
Rachael's recent research, funded by the Churchill Fellowship, focuses on reasonable adjustments, senior leadership engagement, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), global policy and AI. Conducting a first of its kind global study on the role disabled employees have in driving innovation in an organisation, the aim is to share it with leading UK and global organisations interested in accessibility innovation, as well as UK policy makers to support the development of new governmental policy.
She is passionate about sharing her findings to help organisations implement innovative and inclusive practices that benefit all employees.
Rachael has also set up her own consultancy, Moleworks Solutions after noticing a gap in the market for executive-level understanding of wider business operations with inclusion at it's heart.
Rachael is a white woman in her late 20s with brown hair. In this headshot she is in a studio against blue/grey wall wearing a white shirt and jeans. She's smiling with her mouth closed and has dark painted nails and silver rings.
