About Natalie
Natalie has worked in the access and inclusion space for a number of years, delivering talks and training to the music and sport industries, as well as public sector organisations.
Nat is a keen advocate for driving change for adults with Cerebral Palsy (CP), sharing her lived experience across her social media.
As an adult, she has seen the positive impact sport and fitness can have on managing her disability and improving her mental health. She is passionate about sharing her love of sport and the gym with others, campaigning and working hard to improve the experience of engaging with sport and the gym for Disabled people.
