Maxwell is a trustee & board member of Caudwell Children Charity, SMA UK ambassador, a Content creator with an average of a million views per month, and a business management student studying in Cambridge.
“Life is coming from you, not at you” is a mantra Maxwell lives by. As an electric wheelchair user who requires 24/7 care, he is on a mission to make the world more accessible. His latest campaign raised over £45,000 to set up a free-of-cost scheme that delivers an all-terrain wheelchair to whoever feels the thrill of adventure. He is always up for helping his community and is a moderator for the UK’s first SMA community network for families and individuals to connect and share advice.
Maxwell uses his large social media presence to push for change, while also showing off impressive technology. Sneak Energy, Razer, Smarty Mobile, ITSU and the O2 are just some of the latest brands to collaborate with him. His influence doesn’t just stop at social media; the BBC, ITV, The Sun, and local papers have backed many of his campaigning efforts, such as with Jesy Nelson, Know No Bounds and Motability.
He prides himself on working and is currently on a scholarship with Motability following a placement year on the Innovation team, making the switch to electric cars more accessible for all.
