Katouche Goll is a content creator, DEI consultant, public speaker, panellist, and aspiring model whose work centres on disability justice, accessibility, and intersectionality. She has cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia) and Erb's palsy, which affect her mobility and energy levels. However, she feels the greatest impact of her disability is on how she experiences the world socially.
Throughout her life, she has learned to navigate the barriers that come with disability, from managing her health to overcoming inaccessible environments and challenging ableism and discrimination. These lived experiences have shaped both her personal perspective and professional work, with a focus on making disability more visible within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and popular culture.
Over the past five years, Katouche has built a platform advocating for the experiences of young Disabled Black people, exploring how disability intersects with everyday life while celebrating beauty, fashion, travel, and culture. She has collaborated with organisations and brands including TikTok, the Paralympics, Monster Energy, Unilever, and Meta, and has spoken at events for Oxford University, Soma Records, VibeLab, and the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA), sharing insights on accessibility, inclusive storytelling, and representation.
One of her proudest achievements was co-leading a campaign highlighting accessibility failures at Wireless Festival in 2022. Alongside other Disabled campaigners, she helped spark a national conversation around accessibility in nightlife and live events. The campaign received widespread coverage across The Guardian, Metro, Mixmag, BBC London News, BBC Radio London, Good Morning Britain, and The News Movement.
Katouche hopes to continue using her platform to normalise Disabled experiences and demonstrate that Disabled people can lead ambitious, joyful, and fulfilling lives. Through modelling, content creation, and public speaking, she aims to challenge outdated perceptions of disability and contribute to a more inclusive fashion and media industry where Disabled people are represented authentically.
Outside of her work, Katouche enjoys beauty, cooking, travelling, Formula 1, live music, nightlife, and discovering new cultures and experiences.
