Men’s Health Awareness Month
Trigger warning: Article references statistics around mental health and suicide.
Ahead of Men’s Health Month in November 2025, we are proud to highlight a powerful and diverse lineup of male speakers who are available for bookings, panel contributions and event appearances. In a climate where men’s mental health must be taken ever more seriously, especially within Disabled communities often left out of the conversation, we wanted to share some of the exceptional people we represent who offer insights, lived experience and broad perspectives.
Why now?
Men’s mental health remains a critical area of concern. In England, about 12.5 % of men are reported as having a mental health disorder, and men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women according to Mental Health UK. Furthermore, Disabled men face additional barriers and those with with long term physical conditions have more than double the rate (32.9 %) of mental health conditions compared with those without (12.6 %). Despite this, Disabled voices are often missing from mainstream dialogues around men’s health.
If you’re creating content or holding an event in awareness, why not include some of our excellent speakers below.
